Hi everyone — it’s Weston here!
Before we dive into the big news, I first want to say thank you for being patient with us this year. It’s been a while since our last video, and I owe you an update on everything that’s been going on behind the scenes.
Life has been a lot. Beautiful, emotional, chaotic… and full of surprises.
✏️ OUR FAMILY UPDATE
First off — we’re pregnant again!
Yep, you read that right — another set of TWINS! 😅
We can’t believe it either. When we started this journey, we had no idea we’d be raising not just one set of twins but two. It’s wild, exciting, scary, and such a blessing all at once.
But this past year hasn’t been without challenges. One of the hardest parts has been learning that my dad was diagnosed with pancreatic cancer. That news really shook our family. It’s been an emotional year — balancing doctor appointments, family time, and preparing for the new babies.
My dad’s currently in chemotherapy and doing well, staying strong. We’re all so proud of him. The kids adore their grandpa, and we’re taking things day by day.
👶 THE PREGNANCY UPDATE
As for Erica — she’s still pregnant (for now!), and we’re officially in the “any day now” stage.
We’ve been saying that for about three weeks, but really… it could be today, tomorrow, or Saturday at the latest.
Our first set of twins came a month early — just one day shy of 35 weeks — so we thought these babies would come around the same time. But they’ve kept us waiting!
Erica’s been having a tough time toward the end of this pregnancy — lots of cramping, sleepless nights, and very low energy. She’s a trooper though, and somehow still manages to smile through it all (even when I’m forcing her to eat).
We might even end up spending Thanksgiving in the hospital, which honestly feels perfectly on brand for us. 😂
🎥 WHAT’S COMING NEXT
We’re planning to film and share as much as we can from this experience — the labor, the delivery, and all the chaos that comes with welcoming two more little ones into the family.
We get asked all the time, “Are you ready?”
And honestly? You can never really be ready.
One thing that makes this pregnancy extra special is that we don’t know the genders yet — not even the doctor wrote them down! So, the big reveal will happen in real time. No one knows except the ultrasound tech, and they’re sworn to secrecy.
It’s going to be one of those once-in-a-lifetime moments — and we can’t wait to share it with you.
Life is crazy, unpredictable, and perfectly timed — even when it doesn’t feel like it.
